I had to replace a couple parts on my car when I got it but that's my responsibility cars with higher miles can need parts that's just part of having a car it's not there fault it's basic maintenance. My car has been a good car with basic maintenance and upkeep I cannot complain."

"This is a horrible car lot. When I first purchased 2003 Ford Expedition, I asked over and over about a mechanic. The truck has been broken down for the last year and a half. Yes my husband and I had agreed to pay the truck until we couldn't get the vehicle fixed. These people hound my phone 24/7. Now, they leaving voicemail talking about an insurance refund check, which is a lie cause I called the insurance company. I have a lawyer thats saying this car lot needs to be shut down. They sell lemons. No I'm not paying the rest of the money on the truck due to all the lies I have been told about they were looking for a mechanic and asked my husband and I did we know a mechanic. The truck has broken down at least 10 times before it done it for good a year and a half ago. Also let me set the record straight they worked with me a couple times, but it’s a disgrace how they know they sell lemons and don’t care how they are getting over on people. "DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Please for the love of all that is holy! We have had our car from them for a few years now 3 months after we got it we had to replace the alternator and ac motors! Over the past couple of years we’ve replaced an oil pump 2 ac motors another alternator 2 window motors have to be replaced the back ac stopped working we’ve also replaced the fuel pump as well and so many other things. The Ac leaks into the floorboard it’s always wet on the inside when it rains the water pours into the car from under the hood still have yet to find the problem water leaks replaced it 3 times reservoir has been busted since we got it and so many more things that we’ve replaced on it…. When they call for payment and you tell them it’s broke down all you get is an I’m sorry and that’s about it but you better bet your rear end you still better make that payment ended up paying $18,000 for a 2007 car with $6400 STILL owed on it I have come to terms that we can no longer afford it and I have repeatedly told them that and they refuse to come pick it up…. We have told them it’s a piece of trash and they don’t care…. When I stopped driving it a few months back I drove it to Navarre and from the time I got to there and back home it shut off on me 15 times, FIFTEEN WHOLE TIMES by the time I got back home! And they can’t fix it! That lot is a trash they’re nice when it’s convenient but it’s all a money pit and it’s over priced! Please take your business elsewhere!"

"Theses people are some liars. They tell you one thing then change everything on you. I'm driving around in a car that I could possibly get hurt in. I let them know my issue. They told me that I could pay for the part and didn't have to pay for the labor. Then get in the to pay for the part and get told that I gotta pay the labor too. I just paid my car note and they wanted more to install something we just talked bout this morning. They have good prices for their cars I give them that but they are the true definition of money hungry. I recommend that you but the car and get it fixed yourself because if it's up to them they gonna try and take everything you got."
