"I bought a 2010 Acura RDX from Naan Automotive, and I couldn't be happier. Jason and Stephanie were very accommodating and offered me any information that I requested, and sold it to me at a GREAT price! They allowed me to inspect the car mechanically myself before purchasing and everything was as they had told me. To the reviewers that posted negatively regarding them selling unfit cars for the road…the responsibility falls on you as the buyer to fully inspect and verify what you are buying. You cannot expect a small dealership to fully inspect every vehicle from bumper to bumper, unless they are “Certified Preowned” vehicles from a larger corporate dealership. The only thing they are responsible for are the safety features of the car including things like brakes, headlights, brake lights, etc. If every dealership had to do full 180 point inspections on every used car, you would not be able to buy the car at such a great price, as they would have to compensate the cost of the inspection in the selling price. Shame on you for not being a responsible buyer. I have been driving the car I purchased for almost 3 months now, and no issues! Thanks again, Naan Automotive! PS…lemon laws only apply to new vehicles and not used ones."

"Buyers of this company beware! Do your research and DEMAND inspection receipts. My mother of 65 bought a car recently from here and the company has shown they clearly do not care for the safety or wellbeing of its customers by selling cars unfit for the road. Cars that have not been inspected by mechanics prior to hitting the lots!! After purchasing the car and driving OVER 8 hours to see me the car was already showing signs of issues. Hoses were cracked, the radiator was POURING water, and even more issues that would have easily been caught with a simple inspection. The owner has REFUSED any compensation for the negligence and claimed it to be due to an "as is" sale. This is how they get past the lemon laws!!! They don't have the car inspected then sell it to you!!! Just another thing to add to the list of things to ask for when purchasing a new car."

"On 3/19/2024, I was sold a 2006 Subaru Outback from Naan Automotive. The advertisement that was posted for this car did not disclose any issues with the car and when I went to go see the car and asked several questions regarding the car's engine and transmission, I was told to the best of their knowledge, there were no issues with the car. It was disclosed that 1 radiator hose was replaced by them. I did obtain a Carfax, which was basically blank. I test drove the car for approx. 10 minutes, which seemed to drive fine, so I completed the purchase. 6 days later on 3/25, I was driving the car and noticed it was starting to overheat. The temperature gauge was going up, so I took the car to ASE certified mechanics. They found the radiator, the water pump and several hoses were severely leaking. I went ahead and replaced the water pump, radiator, and hoses in hopes that would take care of the issue. I received the car back from the mechanics on 3/25. Yesterday, April 4th, I noted the thermostat temperature rising during idling. I took the car back to the mechanics and upon deeper inspection, they found the car's head gasket was bad and not sealing properly. They mechanics said these problems were "pre-existing" and would have easily been found had any ASE certified inspection been performed on the car prior to advertising it for sale, and should have been disclosed. When I called NAAN Auto to let them know of what the mechanics had found, I was told by Stephanie, that this was an "AS IS" sale and no problems had presented themselves to her. She admitted to not being a mechanic and she had not had any inspection done on the car prior to putting the car up for sale. Stephanie refused to speak to the mechanics or look at the car report they generated saying, there is nothing she can do. By not doing any inspections on their cars, this gives Stephanie and NAAN Automotive the out they need to not have to disclose any sort of major problems. I would have accepted replacing the water pump and radiator, but I'm in my 60's and close to retirement and can't afford to spend thousands of dollars on a lemon! BUYER BEWARE OF NAAN AUTOMOTIVE! They are the epitome of the "used car" salesmen!"
