"They tried to put me in a Chevy Malibu for 18k & I went to mobile and got an AUDI , newer year, less miles, WITH a warranty for $14k! Drives amazing !!!!!! Update: now the salesman “JEROME” is texting my with nonsense after seeing me original review as if he didn’t try to sell me ANYTHING…. Even after having me test drive 2 vehicles with the assumption the payments/price would be low until I got the paperwork showing $18k for a 8k car! Also note that I left the building and he proceeded to come up to the vehicle and the the papers as we were leaving to inform me to have “decency” at the next dealer. All because he did not make a sale. Very verrryyyy unprofessional!!!!!"

"We visited ByRider in Pensacola today and it was wonderful from the first phone call all the way to the closing paperwork. Everyone we encountered was very warm and friendly, not overbearing at all like I’ve experienced at other places recently. Even though we were less than prepared and didn’t plan our timing very well, Sebastian still went above and beyond to get us in a nice vehicle the same day. We are very happy with our car buying experience!"

"I have not had a good experience I am actually disappointed and it’s my own fault because I was in a hurry to find a car and get back to work. I went in closer to closing and that was not smart I test drove the car and everything seems to be fine so I went for it! I get home to Cantonment it smells like gas the check engine light came on and the front end is messed up! They fixed the check engine light problem but I am waiting a month for the clicking noise and the front end to be fixed I have had to buy two to front tire at the beginning of this month which is May 2 weeks later the thread is showing in my tires again! I have been pulled over because the car drives off to the left or right on its on! I have to go 10 miles so that I don’t hit any bumps. I am so sacred to drive but I have to work to pay for this! It’s also leaking water in my car and when I complained it’s not a care in the world! I was told You picked that car! But as soon as I am able they can have it back! Take a mechanic when you go because when you sign you are stuck! I was not going to do a review but I can’t get to work because it’s not safe to drive!"
