"I can deal with dealership prices on parts and service. What I won't agree with is bringing my car in with 145 miles of fuel remaining, and having it returned on empty. It doesn't take between a quarter and a half a tank of gas for your quality assurance guy to verify that my stick shift that wasn't shifting gears is now shifting. Seems more likely he was avoiding work or running personal errands at my expense under his quality assurance driver guise. Thanks alot."
