"Jim is rude and needs some customer service training! Had ID and my major credit card and still wanted another piece of ID! Never experienced this type of service from Enterprise so I won’t stop using them but will never return to this location.."

"Jim has completely ruined this location. We live close by and have used several times in the past. Never again! Jim calls after the store is closed to let you know that they don't have a car even though we had a reservation. Jim is really wimpy to let you know this not face to face during regular business hours? Twice this happened. Not once...twice. handled the exact same way both times. Then we asked him what are you going to do for us to make it right? And he said...what do you want me to do for you? Very rude and very unprofessional attitude. When a customer needs compensation you deliver Jim. What a Mr. Zero."

"Unsatisfactory. I had a reservation with “confirmation.” On the day of to pickup the car, I was told that there’s no available car for me. Imagine that, paying an Uber to get there just to found out ##%# wasted my money and time. I could have look for another rental car from the beginning. But no, waited til that day of pickup just to found out that I’m expecting no rental car at all. That’s totally insulting."

"Even though I made it there with 1 minute to spare before closing Jason, Thomas, and Jim treated me like the shop just opened. I really appreciated it after the trying day dealing with insurance and my car issue. Can't say thank you enough."
