Culver’s 2974 Northeast Pine Island Road, Cape Coral, FL 33909

"Do not order a shake from this Culver’s after 10:00 PM whatever you do, they make it with custard because after 10:00 PM they’ve already broken down the shake machine because the owner has “permission” to do so whom I know because I worked with him at two Culver’s. He didn’t like the fact I did a bad survey, wants me to now let him know when I have an issue but then when I bring the issue to his attention he gets defensive and tells me, “Sorry the shake wasn’t thin enough to your liking” it’s a very callous attitude and response that gets me especially when this person is an owner and doesn’t seem to care. After all the customer is the most important person because as a customer, we pay the employees bills, without us they wouldn’t have a job. At least pretend to care."

"Food was great place was great. what was not great is I was accused of stealing a pint of Ice cream, even thought I told the worker what I wanted and she failed to put it on the order. Worst of all it was from the Owner of the restaurant. I understand you have a business to run, but please learn to communicate with people instead of assuming they stole a 5 dollar Ice cream with an attitude."

"First time at this new location. Love the Culver’s on the other end of Pine Island Rd. This one? The hamburgers were exceptionally greasy and, as thin as they were , they were not fully cooked! The fish was also exceptionally greasy. Never experienced this before at other Culver’s restaurants. Fries were hot and excellent, surprisingly different from the sandwiches. Not greasy at all. But the clincher to our disappointment was the music. The majority of the patrons were middle aged to a bit older —40 ‘s to 60’s. A couple of families with young children. Annoying music, inappropriate lyrics at times for families. When we asked to have it changed or turned down , they said they couldn’t. In fact someone turned it up! We told someone different and they at least turned it down. Very disappointing experience."

"I have to start out by saying that I love Culver's, been a customer for years. This Culver's is new and 5 mins from our home and I have yet to get a burger made correctly and not overcooked and dry. The cheese goes on top of the burger patty the condiments go under the patty. Cheese melts on top not under. The edges of the burger should be crisp from the griddle, not dry and crunchy all the way through. Sorry, like I said I love Culver's but when it's done right."

"Salad dressing has that rancid taste.. Like it wasn't refrigeratorated.. Nasty. Taking my 3$ drink to Chick-fil-A."
