"Ordered off the app for delivery, did not get the two drinks I ordered, tried to call the store and sat there, Noone answered, terrible app, terrible problem solving. Edit: I went and walked in and they gave me the drinks, the woman was nice."

"Hours online AND on the door say 10 pm close. Came at 9:17 and the girl behind the glass says “locked means closed” as i’m looking at the 9:17 time and post that says hours 10am-10pm daily. SMH. Unprofessional establishment with incompetent leadership."

"Paid for my chicken on the app. It showed it was paid for. Showed the manager order and the money was taken off my credit. And she told me I had to put the order in again which have charged my card again. She was not giving me free chicken. I paid she wanted me to pay again. Never got my chicken. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. Never will buy chicken from that location. I even had a employee was going to pay for my chicken. She would not let him. So he knew how rude she was"

"Went through the drive through the other day, and this is the type of food coming out of here (was visible through the plastic) what in the world is this? This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location and this is definitely the LAST. I will never be returning here again"

"This the worst KFC we have ever been to. The restaurant was disgusting. Tables had not been wiped clean from previous customers visits. The floor in both the restaurant & the kitchen had debris scattered all about, disgraceful. Our 6 pieces of chicken were not crispy at all, it was all soggy. We should have complained but decided best not to! This restaurant should be shut down!"
