"The employee seriously served me a drink that was overfilled. I mean the smoothie was clearly overpoured and the guy smooshed the lid on it. Think about the smoothie a dripping down the 360 of the outside of the cup, piling on the counters, sticky, messy, and the smoothie was in two cups. No apology, no courtesy heads upc, no effort to clean the mess. Just my named called and a turned back to messy smoothie cups. I should’ve took a picture but I was so baffled I just took the liberty to clean up the cup and the counter because I wasn’t going to let a foolish teen change my attitude. The second employee did seem to notice the mess but also stood back as I cleaned up his mistake. I’m not sure I’ll ever return to this locational again because I felt disrespected that the employee thought it was okay to serve a drink to anyone that way."
