"This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. No one watches the counter or the computer system to see whether or not orders have been placed. On top of that, they have changed their storefront so that you can no longer see the donuts. I just waited 15 minutes for a coffee because nobody was paying attention that orders have been placed. There were four people who placed orders and the last order got filled first while the first order was made to wait almost 20 minutes!! It was only when I vocally complained about the lack of service that suddenly our orders appeared!! It has been this way ever since you altered the storefront. I can only imagine how much money Dunkin' Donuts has lost in donut sales and walkouts on coffee That Never Comes!! I will never come to this Dunkin' Donuts again"

"Zero stars for service. Husband ordered a simple medium caramel ice coffee and the order was wrong. He went back in to have them corrected and the manager flipped out. She yelled at him and blamed my husband for ordering it incorrectly. He orders the same thing daily and I witnessed him ordering it so he was not wrong. Nevertheless there is no reason for her to yell at a customer, especially when he went in calmly asking for correction. I feel bad for any employees working under her management. I'm a supervisor myself and I personally would fire someone who treats customers like she did."
