"Walked in to the T Mobile store next to The publix on Mobile Hwy to get some new phones. There were a few people inside, but the wait was short. Abraham helped get us set up with new phones swiftly, expertly explaining details along the way. While Abraham was busy setting up my daughter's phone, I asked Christian to explain the differences in the brands of the phones. He was very knowledgeable and helped me feel satisfied with the phone I had chosen. If you're looking for a phone, I highly recommend both of these gentlemen. You will not be disappointed. "The best phone purchasing experience ever!! Highly satisfied with the level of customer service I received!! All the staff was polite and courteous despite being crowded and only 2 people on shift. Abraham was patient and thorough with all my questions. I was porting in 3 lines and he made the process almost painless (a few unavoidable issues with the other company). He even went as far as to set a follow up appointment to check that the transfers and promotions went thru successfully.
