"Me and my husband where expecting a package and some time sensitive mail yesterday 6/2/23 we live at the link on sunset ave here in utica and we think the guy who came and delivered mixed our mail up with another residents mail please either have yiur workers doubel check what mailbox they put the mail in and/or just bring packages up to the apartment door. Me and my husband have also left a note in our mail box for the postal workker eho delivers the mail to our building reminding him a former resident who doesnt live here anymore and we still get their mail"

"I was traveling in the area and had two packages sent here for a pickup hold on Oct. 6, 2022. The label was addressed to me and specifically said "USPS - HOLD FOR PICKUP" with my phone number. They called me and said it would be okay for me to pick up the packages the next day, Oct. 7, 2022. I came in the afternoon and was told that the packages were already sent back to originator the day before. Truly unprofessional; A TOTAL WASTE OF RESOURCES for the packages to now be circled around the country; total lack of communication (their phone number is disconnected); rude workers. Just an all around dump."

"Love this post office. Had a P.O. Box here for 14 years. The employee's are great here, and always helpful. Always give you the options available for delivery with out asking. They are always busy here & there is normally a line. But they do keep you moving right along here."
