"If I could give no stars I would. I sent frozen food that they said was gonna get there the next day. It took 4.5 days to make it 4 hours away. I will never go to them again unless I don't care when it arrives. Not only did I lose out on the money sending it but food I sent cost over 100 dollars to make it so they had to throw it out. It was packed with ice packs to assure it was gonna be frozen when they were suppose to receive it the next day. I should have gone with the us postal they would have received it quicker. Lesson learned"
