"The woman who works the front desk is beyond rude and extremely unhelpful. Acts annoyed as soon as you enter the post office and barely can get the words out, “ can I help you?” They should really consider sending her to a training on how to better interact with the community."

"We didn't like her throwing our packages over our gated porch to the door and magically now she can't deliver mail to us because there is "too much snow"(Not the case) and she got stuck. She says "I'm never coming to your house again." We will see."
"Yeah they do their job, but twice in the same week they made me pay more than I had to. Most recently, I was shipping something out that I sold on eBay for 16 dollars. I paid 3 or so dollars for the box, which is whatever I guess.... but when I went to ship it out, I asked for the cheapest option (which was was displayed on the screen) she told me I could get priority mail which was 2 day shipping, and included insurance. I told her "no, I don't need insurance, I want the cheapest option". I paid with my debit card, and left. When I looked at the receipt, she charged me for the priority, and insurance. Which costed 8$. So I spent about 11$ (under estimation) to ship something that I sold for 16$... thanks. Next time I'll go to the whitesboro post office."
