"This place is an amazing stay that is only minutes from the Baseball Hall of Fame. We stayed for one night and wish we could do more. There was a lot to do right on site and the family that owns if we're absolutely amazing! Highly recommend you stay here if looking to visit Cooperstown or looking for a farm house getaway."
"If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My husband and I have stayed here twice now, once back in June on an anniversary trip and another time in February to celebrate my mother's birthday. Christine and Rick's hospitality and attention to detail are the best I've ever experienced at a B&B. As other reviews have said, we always feel so incredibly comfortable during our stay, like part of the family! Their farm is beautiful and we loved hiking the trail behind their farm in June. Christine's breakfasts are always ample and delicious! We have told all of our friends and family that this is the place to stay when you come to Cooperstown! It is has served us well as both a relaxing anniversary trip and a gathering place for family. Both times we have stayed we have also learned so much about their farm and friendly goats and chickens! In June we enjoyed a glass of wine by the outdoor fire pit and listening to the sounds of evening in the countryside. During our most recent visit we did the same, but indoors around their large fireplace! We absolutely love Hulse Hill Farm and can't wait to plan another future visit. Thank you Christine and Rick for all you do and for being such wonderful hosts!"
"I was there last year but I did not write a review (shame on me!). While there I felt as if I was staying with family! Christine, Rick & Matthew (Great name btw!) are great people to talk to. The living quarters are so comfortable and the atmosphere is so relaxing. It means so much to have these kinds of experiences when you are travelling as much as I do. Kudos to the Hulse family @ Hulse Hill Farm Bed & Breakfast :)"
"We loved our visit to Hulse Hill Farm. Christine and Rick were the best hosts ever- we felt like family. Our oldest son stayed at the farm while we watched our other son play ball. Christine taught him tons and allowed him to help her with the animals. The goats and chickens were great- but Willie the giant dog stole our hearts!"
"My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience here this past week. Christine, the host, was delightful- so warm and hospitable. She made us feel welcome and at home right away. The breakfast she prepared was amazing: quiche from farm fresh eggs and herbs, and jams she made from berries in her garden. The house looks like something out of a magazine. I couldn't stop taking pictures for ideas for my place some day. Everything was so thought out. Lit candles everywhere, beautiful decorations, and afternoon snacks. The suite was so lovely, quiet, and private. We had our own private patio and bathroom. The farm itself was an awesome experience! We got to play with week-old baby goats and tiny chicks. She let us right into the animals' pens and explained how to care for the animals (we are interested in getting some animals of our own so it was very informative). Christine was very accommodating with our schedule (there for the baseball tournament). We only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back- it was one of the nicest, most relaxing places we've stayed."
