"Absolutely horrible experience with Trudy Lauben. As a real estate agent as well I was going to forfeit my commission in order to expedite our closing and allow Trudy to keep commission to facilitate an easier buying process. I went into contract explaining to Trudy my expectation was to close within 30-60 days. Trudy explained the short sale was already approved and should be no issue. I then was told that my offer wasn't able to be put in until 3 weeks after I offered because it was transferred and NOT APPROVED as previously mentioned. Trudy did also keep the commission on both ends with NO DUAL AGENCY SIGNED, NEVER SHOWING ME THE HOME, NEVER FACILITATING ANYTHING, AND LIEING TO ME. I asked on June 1st if we were expected to close on June 15th according to the banks attorney the expected time..... She replied "As far as I know, No red flags." We didn't even have an approval at this time, or any closing date or time in effect. She sent me texts saying "My Bad" the most unprofessional text you could send to an un-easy client. She also responded to a text of mine ME: "Morgan is trying to get into the property to take the garbage out" The homeowner was calling me the buyer asking how to get into his house not his AGENT TRUDY!! So i just let trudy know he was calling me over and over, and I had no access or info to getting into property(MORGAN IS ONE OF THE TWO HOMEOWNERS, and The bank was the one changing locks on homeowner, after it was broken into.) TRUDY: "David who the hell is Morgan.......Not my Job." This is 1-day before the closing. Also trudy's daughter was also nasty to me saying, we never want to hear about this property again, mind you I am the client trying to buy my first home. THIS WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Many more large factors of lies, she stated. PS for anyone who'd like to challenge my statements, I have several pages of documents/texts showing everything stated. I do believe this should be expressed to MLSLI, and I am currently still contemplating raising their awareness. Trudy did keep both ends of commission without showing me the home, being my agent when I am licensed, no dual-agency signed, no binder with her listed. Many other legal errors."
