Publicly release the security footage from your own building That will show my behavior versus yours. Edit #2- so my meeting with Melly Rosario confirmed these people are crooks and running a scam. All she cared about was my "slander" of karina, meaning this truthful review of my experience. Even went as far as telling me personal details of karinas life that way overstepped proffesional boundries. She tried to force me to sign documents that would cause me to forfeit any legal rights i have and any legal avenues i can (and will) 100% persue in exchange for the check for my brokers fee, including a very detailed release form (a complete joke). A check mind you i had showed up to solely just collect and leave as was the agreement. Then when i refused to sign or agree to things and said "im persuing other methods of retrival and this conversation is over", Melly Rosario follows me out to my car in the rain, yelling loud enough for my lawyer on the phone to hear it clearly. She proceeds multiple times to threaten to call the police simply for me not agreeing to her scam (shes on the phone with the big owner chris i believe his name is, who also tried to strong arm me into signing) She then proceeds to put her foot under the tire so i cant leave while banging so loudly on my car that again my lawyer can hear it on the phone. Melly caused minor damage to it as well. This is all been reported to the local SCPD station. All Melly Rosario had to do was give me my check as agreed, which she agreed to. I also think she forgot that inside and outside Her office has security cameras that caught all of this. Now we are here. Edit #3: melly roasario and karina mermis had tried to broker a deal with my landlords where I would be refunded my money. Landlords are Frank and Vivian Illard (last name i probably didnt spell correctly) Not only from them. But from him and her and I would be allowed to live Rent free while the apartment is made legal and all pre existing damage was fixed. Long story short that was never the true deal. Had I signed I would have had to vacate the premises within a few days. They told my landlord I would get the money and I would leave immediately. They told me I would be there Rent free and getting my money back as compensation for all of this. None of which was true. And now I am still in an illegal falling apart apartment. Still with power going out. Still with nothing fixed or brought up to code. And still with brown water coming out of the faucets. Everyone that's done business with these people should Take a second look at their dealings. Absolutely unprofessional criminals that deserve a black mark on their reputation. Original- Realtors name is karina. I am a single parent with a two year old. Paid a $1,600 broker fee (on top of 1st month and security) here to be rented an illegal apartment. I was told by realty and the landlords it was legal. They did zero verification as they are required to by law. Had to call the town and thats how i learned it was illegal and the entire property has many violations. I have had to file numerous police complaints for the harassment faced by the landlords that this place represented. I was moved into a apartment that contained mold, leaking toilets, Power Going Out multiple times a month and the landlords. Not doing anything about it nor the broker that facilitated this arrangement, among many other issues. I am receiving absolutely no help from anybody. And will be subsequently filing a lawsuit against the landlords and this agency. EDIT #1- Karina tried telling me today that it is legal and they cant find anything saying its not. 1 call to the town for public records on the property shows there is no permit. So that only are they unwilling to do anything to make the situation right, They have now resorted to lying. The broker Mrs. Rosario Is supposed to be calling me back today to discuss this issue since she is karina's boss."
