"I have bought and sold several houses with Peter, and it has always been a smooth and professional process. Peter is the definition of professionalism. He goes out of his way to make sure that my questions are not only answered, but answered fully and that I completely understand. He is a wealth of knowledge whether you are buying, selling or renting. He has a "guy" or "girl" for all your housing needs, plumbing, masonry, roofing, etc. He is responsive every time I call or text him. One story I would like to share to show how dedicated Pete is. We were doing an inspection on a house that had a low clearance to get in the basement. Unfortunately, Peter hit his head on this low clearance and cracked it open like an egg. He had to go to the emergency clinic and get several staples in the top of his head. He made it back in time for the end of the inspection. How's that for dedication?"
