"If you like to negotiate with someone who can't spell, and uses every real estate, BS phrase, you can imagine, rather that talking straight and honest, then call Pete Russo. We spent 525 dollars on cookies with Peter Grosso. How? Well, we saw a house Grosso was selling and decided to make an offer and it was accepted. Peter, sent us stale cookies. Then we had an inspection, which turned up many problems. Rather than negotiate, we get a text from Peter, telling us some complete nonsense about the seller, not wanting to sell to us? We never said a word to them. We got around 3 days of consideration, and zero discussion over the price of the house, for our time working with Peter. In other words for 525 dollars with Peter Grosso-that comes to over a hundred dollars a cookie. Do not do business with smooth talking Peter, his cookies aren't worth it."
