"Tri State Commercial Realty - I called them to inquire about a property in Philadelphia. I transferred to a guy named Ken. Ken told me that the property I was looking at has been sold. I asked if they had other properties and he said yes but asked how much we want to spend. Generally, I know this is a bad move for me as the intended buyer or renter. Basically, I tell you my price and you determine if I'm worth your time (from experience). I told him it is not about the money but property fitting our needs. Ken said well go our website and look around. Then Ken hung up. This is very telling. I know their business is to make profit but their attitude to not getting their way shows they do not care about you at all. It is about the money. I was polite and respectful as any normal human should be. But for Ken, talking more than 1 minute without knowing what to gain from you was a hassle. one star is actually a lot. At least the lady that transferred to Ken was polite but I sense a terrible cutthroat company culture."
