"Caterina is dishonest. I was instrumental in her getting a 2 family brick townhouse listing in Brooklyn in the neighborhood of Bedstuy. The owner was a friend of mine. Whenever there were issues I would speak to my friend and work through the issues so that my friend got what she wanted and Caterina sealed the deal. She agreed to pay me a finders fee. The house sold for $794,000 and upon closing she failed to follow through. When I finally ran into her she told me some sob story about how her significant other created a financial hardship for her and she could not pay me at that time but she would after she cleared up her financial issues.
