Holiday Inn Express LaGuardia Arpt, an IHG Hotel 113-10 Horace Harding Expressway, Queens, NY 11368

"FYI: it's a homeless shelter now, don't know how long it's been like that but just heads up so no one tries to book anything here. I've seen a lot of comments/reviews elsewhere from 2023 saying that they booked a room, only to find out upon arriving there that they were closed. The worst thing is that the hotel allegedly never reached out to anyone to let them know and just closed their doors."

"My husband and I booked this place last minute. Our stay was great the room was clean and spacious. The highlight of our stay was the customer service. Cynthia did her best to get us a room as soon as possible at check in. We were there for a wedding that was at 11am and we got to the hotel at 10am. Check in is at 3pm, Cynthia really went above and beyond for us. If it wasn’t for her we would’ve had to get ready in the lobby bathroom. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great little hotel with good service. Stayed in the Queens area to visit Manhattan and NYC and after lots of researching I chose this Hotel because of their free airport shuttle, free very decent breakfast and walking distance to some restaurants we wanted to try. The area is not that great but we never felt unsafe and it is definitely convenient. It is a mostly latino, typical old neighborhood in NY. We got the leisure room with a deep soaking tub, it was a decent size room and it was very clean. The breakfast was hot buffet with pancakes, scrambles, sausage, fruit, toasts, coffee, tea, cereals and hot cinnamon rolls and muffins. They have a free shuttle from and to the airport and to and from Queens mall and subway station which made it really easy to visit Manhattan. Only $2.50 each way and you don't have to rent a car. Front desk was average, I didn't feel they were awesome but not rude either. Great stay overall."

"The room was nice, bed was good, shower was large though using these large communal pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel was odd. The microscopic bottle of lotion needed to be bigger in Winter in NYC. Shuttle is in the hour and takes 10 min to LA Guardia. Staff was helpful. Have to order food delivery though there is a little snack area to buy odds and ends. The bed, service and staff were really great!"

"Very decent hotel. They were doing some renovations so a little crammed on our floor. Luckily not the wing were staying at. The rooms too are a lot smaller than what the picture show. Little disappointed by that. Other than that, nice amenities. Bathroom well stocked up, hot water instantly. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay. It was much better than your average continental breakfast. All the way to even turkey sausage. And did I mention the beds were very comfortable ? Definitely our go to motel near Laguardia. And they even allowed us to do a late check out."
