"The first thing that rubbed me about the place was the facilities. First of all the lady that showed me around only showed me the room. I had to ask to see the bathroom and the kitchen and I see why, they were not something to see at all. Moving in , any issue I had was barely or never addressed. They did address one issue I vividly remember after a few weeks of continuously following up wid them. Everything else, was never catered to. The vibe I’m getting is that the landlord just cares about collecting his rent. Nothing else, I texted him multiple times on different occasions asking him to fix or address something he never responds. He does nothing. About two months after living there they started opening my packages. I spoke to his assistant about it, she claimed she never opened it. Make it make sense. So I went on to texting him about it, as usual, no response. Not even to replay their cameras and have it sorted out. Nothing! Phew! If you can find someplace else to rent I suggest you do. This is my truth about living here, I’m not trying to scare anyone, I wish someone had been this detailed before so I’d know. They also rent 1 room to up to 4 people that I’ve seen since living here. 4 people in one room and there are 5 rooms, one bathroom. So you can imagine the competition you have to use the bathroom and the kitchen, chaotic. Before moving in his assistant Ida would call me day and night to get me to move in. Now since moving in, whenever I call she barely answers, most times I have to go down to the office to talk to her because she doesn’t pick my calls anymore. She got her commission so what the heck, her work is done, at least that’s what she thinks. I suggest you take your time to find a suitable place and ask the right questions. Find out how many people living there, see what your neighbors are like, all of that stuff before you make a 1 year commitment you can’t get out of, if it works for you, go right ahead. But do your homework, peace of mind is important when it comes to your place of residence."

"Based on my experience with this company, and there lawyer,I would not recommend them to anyone, They are dis honest, and refuse to return my deposit. They also told me wrong information, They told me I had to sign with there lawyer before I was approved for the property I was looking to purchase...I advise anyone doing business with them BeWARE!!!!!"

"This is my first time entering this place. there was an Asian lady in the office she was on the phone and she was screaming at the top of her voice to whomever was on the other end.using the most colored language. I decided to wait and see if she would acknowledge my presence she turn around look at me and kept on screaming I stood there about a minute more then I left."
