"My partner and I had been through several buyers agents during our search for our first house/investment property, before we met Natalia at an open house in DT Jersey City. Although we did not express interest in that particular house, she seemed to know the Jersey City/Hoboken area very well and was very kind and knowledgeable. We met with her a few more times to see other properties over the course of a few months around JC/Hoboken/JSQ and she was very helpful during the whole home searching process. She was never late to an appointment and always knew who to contact and what questions to ask -- a huge difference in comparison to the other agents we had worked with who had forgotten keys, been 30-40mins late to appointments, and failed to find out much about the property and rent/comps.
