"The lack of professionalism RPPM displays is astounding. They have me work around their schedule to make appointments not only so the person can be late but one time they couldn't even show up. There is always an excuse as to why they aren't on time. I have had a leak in my living room for weeks and this will be the third time they are sending someone out to look at it. Literally look at my ceiling. Not to check where the leak is coming from, not performing any work, nothing! I've had two workers (from independent companies)come out for other issues who complained when the work was completed because RPPM hired them and didn't want to pay at the time payment was due. This company needs to do better. These are people's homes, you should be able to pride yourselves in providing satisfactory care for these homes and for the people who have hired you. You are falling greatly short! Please do better!"

"This is going to be a very honest review. I commend RPPM and the manager John I worked with to handle all the bookings and correspondence through Airbnb. Otherwise, the management by this company was a mediocre experience at best. The communication was often curt and difficult. The way I would contact them is send a text and an email, then a follow up text. Sometimes a call a to their office if they had not responded to questions by the end of business day. John always seemed a bit annoyed at any correspondence that was attempted and multiple follow ups for payment deposits were made. They were ultimately issued with an apology, so there’s that. The fees they charged, to be transparent seem fair but I was charged 1000-1250 a month for cleaning and maintenance. RPPM did absolutely zero maintenance to the property. So after the 10%, fees, and monthly charge for their service, it would range from 30-35% of the monthly earnings. I used them for exactly 1 year to property manage my 4 bedroom home in Park Slope Brooklyn, which isn’t hard to keep vacancy rates up. In summary: meh."
