"Maria Gomez with Mid-Realty company was extremely helpful when my wife and I were looking to purchase a two-family home. She was always available and enthusiastic to show us houses for sale, and per our request recommended an attorney to handle the closing on a building we purchased. Besides being so helpful finding the two-family house we purchased as an investment, Ms. Gomez readily recommended contractors that were needed to make repairs that were previously anticipated. The work and reliability of those doing the repairs were excellent. With Ms. Gomez’s help, she located and vetted prospective tenants, provided a lease agreement and collected the necessary deposits.
