"Beata Fil was the lady that I went through to see the apartment and wasn’t helpful. I’ve sign the application immediately because I love the apartment. I haven’t heard anything back for about 2 weeks. I decided to reach out when she finally decided to answer I asked her the status of my application and she said she supposedly “ haven’t heard from the landlord in days and she think he in the hospital”. So I decided to reach back out today after a few days and now the landlord rented the place out to friend when I’ve just seen that apartment I applied just updated that it’s available. If you ask me I believe is discrimination towards my age cause I look so young not knowing I’m 28 years old. I don’t recommend going here to find an apartment."

"I used Exit All Seasons Realty team to sell my house in Queens. I was very stressed about the process on the very beginning, but Jerry would always answer all my questions and addressed all my concerns which put me on ease.. Team members ( I worked with 3 people all together) were very responsive and competent. I felt, I was in good hands. The house was sold withing few months. And let me tell you- I am quite demanding and not the easiest to work with.. From what I saw, buyers weren't either , so a big round of applause for the team of Exit All Seasons :) Thank you Jerry and the team for your effort! If you need a broker, I highly recommend Exit!!"

"Horrible! I won't recommend at all. The real estate agent Marta, she complained about my HOA fees and spoke bad about my coop to the clients. She also used to tell the clients what other properties sell for. We were confused as to who she represented us or the other coops in the beighborhood. Now we been trying to reach them to take the house off the market as the listing expired and ni answer yet the real estate still has the property listed and we keep getting tons of phone calls everyday from other realties. Unprofessional people!"
