"The most disgusting set of phone representatives. Had the maintenance department hang up on me. No solutions and horrible maintenance of the apartment building. If I could call 311 everyday I would. They don’t up keep the buildings, it’s roach infested , full of odor , and people steal packages. Think twice before you sign a lease with a company that’s treats you like trash."
"Lived there for 15 years, loyal tenant always paid rent on time, had to leave bc of a domestic violence situation and I called them constantly to please remove my name off the lease since I currently have a OOP and they still taking me to court while my ex is squatting not paying no rent."
"This is the worst property management office I have ever had to deal with. There is never anyone who is willing to help out. They brush off any concerns and constantly have an attitude, on the phone and in person. The rude lady Tina is blatantly racist telling us that we need to speak English when she herself does not speak English properly. She treated us as if we are inferior with claims that we just want stuff for free but our requests are within our rights. They are listed as one of the worst landlords and have an active case with NYC “NEGLECT OF THE PREMISES HAS RESULTED IN MORE THAN 800 OPEN VIOLATIONS ISSUED BY FIVE DIFFERENT CITY AGENCIES” and there are many articles highlighting their negligence and failure to show compliance to correct violations. This is a spiteful company where not only tenants suffer but even workers based on reviews. Their apartments and buildings are filthy and lack basic accommodations and clearly do not follow NYC laws in obtaining valid permits and certifications. I would never rent from them again!!"
"Getting harassed at my apartment building. Getting letters from the legal department but when I call to tell them my side of the story and show them the evidence I have of being harassed NO ONE PICKS UP OR CALLS ME BACK!!!! I am getting harrassed DAILY. Yet they are getting complaints and not replying back to my complaints. My building is disgusting, super does NO WORK!!! How are you guys sending me complaints but then no one wants to listen to my problems?!?!?!?"
"I will post pictures. Let me start by saying that they keep the garbage at the entrance of the parking lot for the new buildings. Which, if logic is applied here, means that cars cannot enter the new parking lot. Would it make more sense to BUY DUMPSTERS in which to keep the garbage bags? Yes it would. Do they do that? No they do not. How hard is it to purchase 3 dumpsters and keep them in a section of the parking lot in which ALL the garbage can be kept? But, this is too difficult to implement. Now, onto some of the people that live here: in the new building, people are clean. However, in the old building (which is connected to the new building), some people are some of the most ghetto, hood rat, project-ish people you have ever seen in your life. People smoke marijuana (which you smell in the hallways), and have a dirty appearance. It is not good at all. This is the main reason why they can't get more leases in the buildings..... who wants to live around people like this? I live in the new building, and I am putting them on blast because the property management company is lazy, the women in the office are lazy (and curt), and maintenance does nothing. One day, on a weekend, I saw the maintenance team in the parking lot throwing footballs.... as opposed to actually working. Save your money. Update: Pictures are below. These pictures are of the "parking lot" of the newest building(s). When I posted earlier about how a car can actually pass through the entry way to the parking lot with all the garbage around, this is what I was referring to. The management literally leave garbage in the parking lot like this. Who wants to live like this? The management company makes it seem like it is TOO difficult to purchase 3 dumpsters: 1 for plastics/paper, 1 for garbage, and 1 for cardboard. This company couldn't manage a coin operated laundromat, let alone a property of buildings."
