"This company always charges you the service you never used. And when you questioned them and asked for correction. They never correct it. For two years, I told them I haven’t rent a bike spot in my apartment and please stop charging me. But they continue charging and never show me the evidence that shows I have rented that spot. Douglas Elliman Property Management is the most irresponsible and dishonest company I have seen."
