Reviews
"BEWARE of working with this company Damon engages in deceitful business practices and is unprofessional in responding."
"We liked our apartment a lot. But folks should be careful working with this company. Our first winter we had terrible issues with the heat - spent months using space heaters. Very unfair with security deposit too - they will withhold large amounts for minor repairs. Proceed with caution."
"My agent was very helpful throughout the whole process! Shoutout to him, he knows who he is!! Thank you for going beyond my standards on helping my wife and I!"
"Very nice smart city"
"Terrible experience. Very rude, demeaning staff. We didn't have consistent heat for about 2 months during November/December. Whenever we would tell them it wasn't working they were rude and short with us. One time on a Friday afternoon they told us we would have to wait until Monday because the super was off for the weekend. Then our oven stopped working and it took another month before it was fixed. The blinds were slightly too small for the windows, so they had shoved newspaper and cardboard in the brackets on top to help hold them in. One of the blinds broke because of this, and they refused to fix it (after much arguing we had it fixed ourselves) and they still charged us $75 when we moved out! All the blinds were in working condition when we left, yet they still charged us. (The blinds are really old and worth no more than $10 according to the super). The apartment was filthy when we moved in and I spent 6 hours cleaning. When I asked them to refund me the cleaning fee, I was denied. They are very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend using them!"
