You have harassed me from 4 different email addresses And fake names filled out no paperwork not even a covid screening form and I do not feel safe showing PERIOD. You email from fake names. You left my office a google review. Leave me alone. Do not contact me or this listing ever again."

"I worked with David Kiderman in 2016 to rent out a condo in a building which was a co-op. I spent hours compiling all of the details needed for the application, co-op board and property management company. It was excessive for a rental it was the same I would have to go through if I was buying the condo. I asked multiple times how my approval odds looked given there was a nonrefundable $500 fee just to apply. He advised all looked good, I even offered to pay the full lease term up front. The board declined my application and I was out $500 for a speedy decision decision with no way to appeal and no description of why I was declined. He did not even offer to try and help find another place or make an appeal on my behalf. I would just avoid this firm after my experience. I found him not well informed and the whole process distasteful and a loss of $500. Additionally, when I asked after the process where my years of tax returns, bank statements and other documents provided were he did not know and directed me to the property manager which I had to request the return of my documents since I did not want all my personal details floating around in an office they had no reason to be. Two stars because he was responsive, not offensive and did not seem to be trying to be nefarious."
