The apartment we inquired about was already taken, but Tony showed us 2 others in the same building that had just come available and weren't listed yet. He was clearly very experienced - showed us all the features while also letting us look for ourselves, and he came prepared with the information and documents that we would need in order to apply for the apartment. Having looked at about 5 places by the next day, we were ready to apply. With a deposit, I could have secured first place in line immediately for the place we preferred, but even though I foolishly spent the day getting our paperwork together first, we were able to get our application in ahead of anyone else. It took about 4 working days for our application to be approved. Hooray! I was worried because I am employed overseas, but the property owners were willing and able to work with that. Dan took care of the entire application process very efficiently, and he was very responsive to email questions that I had, and he continues to be responsive even now (a month and a half later), directing me to the correct people to answer my questions. If we ever need to buy or rent in the area again, A-Class Realty will be the first people we turn to."
