"DO NOT USE BOND!! I’m begging you to use another broker they are liars and steal your money. They acted like they had a great apartment for us and rushed us through touring it because “the tenant has to get to work” so our showing lasted less then 5 mins we didn’t get to inspect anything. They rushed and pressured us into the signing process when we were unsure but they kept pushing and pressuring us to sign asap or “you won’t have a place to live” so we did. Turns out they moved us into a MOUSE INFESTED apartment and they knew it. Totally screwed us and the apartment building is completely infested All units. Turns out Bond is an old friend of my apartment building owners. So they lied to us and completely set us up to help their friends. And we paid a 6k broker fee to them! When I called and asked Bond for help w my mouse infested apartment they basically told me to screw off and since the signing process is complete they’re off the hook. Bond is a bunch of liars DO NOT USE OR TRUST THEM!!"
