"This could be a super hero story. :) Once upon a time there was a man who was dying of cancer. He had a property that he couldn’t manage anymore and decided to sell it to focus on his health. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to sell a property with non-paying tenants. I worked with several brokers but with no success.
