"I had an apt at 139 Roseland Ave, Caldwell, NJ at 5:00pm. Sharon Bullock is the person I made the apt with. I drove 2.5hrs from Long Island, NY to see this location. At 4pm I had the foresight to text her to tell her I’m going to be there at 5:30pm and I asked her if that’s okay and she said it was fine. It’s now past 6pm and this agent is still not here. I was considerate of her time to text her and tell her I’ll be here at 5:30pm. She didn’t even have the same courtesy to let me know she was going to be late or what time to meet her there. I waited until 6:15pm and I left. @the owner of 139 Roseland Ave, Caldwell, NJ. Most realtors would kill to get a listing that is priced at $1 million dollars. Do yourself a favor and hire an agent that will value your listing and show up to apts on time."
