"Take your business elsewhere! My daughter used this agency to buy her first home and we used Michelle who was our friend and someone we trusted Michelles cooperate email was hacked and sadly wire fraud happened and $32,000 for a down payment was gone. Don’t give us the response that “you sign a paper about wire fraud, you sign 25 papers in 2 minutes with nothing verbally explained.” Clearly had the agent verbally went over this, chances are this wouldn’t have happened. How about you secure your internet system, as if you did, this would have never happened! All of the buyers personal information was in the agents file and exposed. The worst part is this agency wouldn’t even acknowledge they had a breech in security, they would not return phone calls, no apology, and now they won’t respond to a lawyer! They have error and omissions insurance for situations such as this and won’t cooperate and let the buyers file an insurance claim. No response from the agent or the brokers when our lawyer sent them letters recently. Completely ignoring us for over a year yet they gladly took all their commissions. This company makes millions while these kids lost their life savings. This agency is shady to say the least and not a good way to run a business. At this point they will lose more business because why would anyone want to use a company like this. Shame on you TOR! Do the right thing and help these buyers and let them file an insurance claim. Bad business all around! Shame, shame, shame…shame on you!"

"My fiancé and I trusted Terri O. Connor realities with the purchase of our first home which was a big mistake. Our real estate agents corporate email was hacked which leaked all of our private and confidential information. Due to the hack, we wrongfully wired our downpayment and lost tens of thousands of dollars. Terri O’connors continuously fails to recognize that there was a breech in their system and that we were receiving emails from our agents actual corporate email address but it wasn’t our agent who wrote them. If I could give this company zero stars for their lack of remorse and accountability I would! It has been over a year and there has been no responses. Take your business elsewhere to a company who actually cares about their clients. HORRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!"
