"Called this place to help rent my apartment, what a nightmare! Our agent Joyce P. was quick and attentive to my first phone call. She came pretty much the same day to see the apartment and list it. I was so sure she would help us. We were told to sign a 6 month contract and if we were to rent the apartment without their help we would have to pay 1 months rent to them! I thought we would have no issues, trusted her and signed immediately. BiG MISTAKE!! In the 6 months time span, I may have had 6 showings in total, all of which were scheduled by other agents, not once did my agent bring someone to view. No open house, no help at ALL! Realtor would take a long time to respond to my calls and emails and sometimes not return my call at all. Very disappointed by this real-estate and will NEVER recommend or use them again."
