"Most selfish and dishonest agent I've ever heard of. He told my agent that a house we were interested in was available and there were no offers on the house. He failed to respond to my agent for days and gave us the run around multiple times. Meanwhile, the house was already under contract and he simply lied to us. We found out later on that he took on buyers of his own. It turns out he did this so that he was able to double dip on his commissions. I even spoke with the owner of the house at a later time and he told me Danny never informed him of my offer which was SIGNIFICANTLY more than what the house sold for.
