"Now I will tell you why you should not trust RE/MAX Trust Properties: About 2 months ago, We liked the house at '82 mt pleasant ave Woodland Park'. The house was under RE/MAX trust properties and the real estate agent was Salih Okdemir. When the realtor said that there were no serious problems in the house, we sent an offer. Our offer was accepted and the proceedings started. Since the house was not sold as is, we had a inspection and tank test done. Unfortunately, besides the major problems in the house, oil tank found in the front yard of the house. When we reported these problems, the seller refused everything without offering any agreement and the deal had to be cancelled. In this approximately 2 month period, every time I passed by the house, I saw that the sign for sale was hanging on front of the house even while all the time during under contract. And now imagine the money I paid for the tests and the financial loss I'm facing with the rates increasing by more then 1 percent. Not to mention the time I lost and the other houses I missed. So briefly do not trust RE/MAX trust properties!!!!!"
