""Recently, my mom and dad had to sell their home and move out of state due to health issues. There wasn't a lot of time to sell the house and they were already out of state by the closing. They lived in the house for about 50+ years. His help was critical in correctly pricing the house for to obtain the best price (in fact there were multiple offers on the house) and he worked hard to help us to get through inspections and to find and work with local craftsmen to rectify some issues that were impeding the closing. He was very familiar with the work of the local building inspector and provide good advise on to get through the inspection.
