"Being very generous giving a 1 star. Where do i start. This place is a joke! Be aware of the 176 location in Belleville. If you're not bilingual good luck, when it comes to communication with the super to get anything fix. Fast forward to when it was time to leave and get my deposit back. I was never late on my payment for years i have live there. I complete my lease with no damage to the apartment. Just a fade out wear and tear from my child drawing on the wall. Can u believe they wanted to give me only half my security deposit back?! They even tried giving me a run around hoping ill give up i guess...Not! To add, their office staff is horrible/ non professional. Nothing never truly get fixed in that apartment no matter how many times they come to fix the issue. This review is for people that maybe looking for a reasonable 1 bedroom at this location and get fool because of the pricing or what they may tell you over the phone. You cant move in any apartment without paying your security deposit, yet when its time to leave( in good condition) they refuse to pay u back. Thanks to my lawyer who get it done for me in a few hours of reaching out to them. Really sad i had to use a lawyer to get what belongs to me. Imagine how many people they prpbably screwed over."

"Do not rent at any of their properties! The office is family owned. The daughter wants to charge a Realtor's fee, for rentals that she did not act as a Realtor in providing any information nor showing any of the apartments to any prospective tenants. When you question the staff on the legality of charging a Realtor fee, they'll stay quite on the phone or just say, "you'll have to discuss it over with her." The owner, the father is a slumlord! He is never to be seen unless the matter gets escalated through the Town. Every year they increase the rent and yet fail to provide the required maintenance, such as consistent heat and hot water. They hire unlicensed superintendents who do not have the professional education, training and experience to repair the units. When any work is required, they'll do the very bare minimum and use the cheapest quality of products. They have their own STAFF on here leaving reviews in their favor, such as the one written by Laura. Most of their staff speak in a condescending manner expecting you to keep quiet while living in unhabitable circumstances. Please save yourself the troubles!"

"I love renting from them, I’ve only had one issue and that was with the wiring which EVENTUALLY they “ TRIED” to resolve. They are friendly with my mom and I always. The only issue I have is that there is NO answering service,... my toilet is overflowing and I’ve called 10 times and NOTHING. I know they will get back to me but I work overnights so I won’t be getting any rest tonight. Andddd if no one calls back the lady downstairs will be completely flooded. Sn: our super had an emergent so he can’t be here and this is the only reason I have to wait, he is usually comes ASAP. Please hey back up when he’s gone. I love this company but immm I’m so upset right now. I need sleep and I’m up mopping nasty toilet water!"

"This company took over for Kaza Rental and it has been horrible ever since. I had issues with the heat, it was so bad at one point I had to call the mayor of my town because they refused to fix it. The office is staff is so rude. They say there is 24 hour maintenance but the phone just goes to voicemail every time. I have called them to change the battery in the smoke detector in the common area 3 times and no one has come. I pay my rent on time every month, even early in most cases and continue to receive terrible service. I never had any issues with the previous owners. Needless to say, this was my first apartment and I have now been living here for 4 years now. I love my apartment and the town but I can no longer deal with this company."

"Do not rent from this realty! They do not turn the heat on when it is cold! It’s been freezing in my apartment! And when I called the reality, one older lady she sounded like in her 60’s 70’s told me I should wear a sweater in my own apartment where I pay them rent money! The heat is suppose to come on October 1st and she lied and told me they only turn the heat on when the wether drops! But in my lease it says HEAT and hot water included! So why should I be wearing a sweater in my own apartment. These people are rude and crazy. I am looking to move out as soon as possible. They are just rude and do not look to help you or make you comfortable. It’s just about money to them! Rent somewhere where they respect you and make sure you are comfortable in your apartment!"
