"The repair to my refrigerator was putting a piece of tape (which I had to replace twice) over a vent. The repair person was going to order (9/10/21) a new part. I've been waiting for the replacement/part. I called/e-mailed JP management for a status/to-date and no one has responded. Still waiting for repairs. The $100 credit was for the food/grocery I had to throw out because of the broken refrigerator. The grocery receipt I provided was $92 and out of that I was only asking to replace the food that had to be discarded. So the new refrigerator came on 9/22/21but was the wrong size and had to be returned. A new refrigerator was going to be delivered 9/23/21. I received a call from JP management saying it can't be delivered until 9/24/21. So to date (2weeks) I'm still without a working/reliable refrigerator."
