"I had an experience with this realty company as a buyer of a home. We went under contract on a house with a realtor by the name Natasha. The house was listed as “no known issues with the septic”. After spending money on inspections, It came to our attention that the seller AND REALTOR both knew about the septic having major functional issues that would result in a complete new septic tank needing to be put in. The seller himself disclosed to us in a meeting that he had the septic inspected a few weeks prior. Extremely disheartening to know that a company would allow their employees to knowingly lie on listings and attempt to get one over on the buyers. It also came to our attention that the seller tried to persuade the septic inspector to pass the septic regardless of what was found. We heard this information straight from the septic inspector himself. Shady incidents happening under the supervision of one of the employees and I would not trust to buy a home with this company listed. I understand it’s a sellers market but not at the expense of others. My husband and I are a young couple who have a 6 month old baby. We are only looking to find our first home. Wasted time and money."
