"Snake oil at its finest. I have bought and sold countless homes in the Bergen County area, and this firm is one of the worst to deal with. Weichert of Wyckoff was one of the worst decisions we have ever made in all of our real estate transactions. The Weichert Wyckoff office is a group you should stay away from. The broker Bob Albanese and agent Paul Wessol are not trustworthy people. The way they conduct business is highly questionable. They tell you that they will do things and provide you information - both of which never happen even after repeatedly asking. The marketing tactics are low quality and stone age. The team is very difficult to deal with. I asked for my listing back multiple times, and they outright refused and only focused on one thing - wanting to be paid for services which they never did. I could go on and on about how unprofessional, not trustworthy, negligent, etc., this office is, but it would be a waste of time. Ultimately stay away from them and if you want to buy or sell a home - find someone else that understands high-end markets. Thanks."

"Hilda Frisco was the agent we hired to sell our house in Wyckoff, NJ. We also used her services to get a suitable rental. We were under contract within 12 days of putting the house up for sale. Hilda was wonderful. She is extremely professional and knows her market well. While the negotiations were challenging, Hilda was very strong along with being pragmatic. Couldn't have found a better negotiator, sales representative. Hilda was worth every penny in realtor fees. She also did a fantastic job of helping us obtain exactly what we wanted in a rental property. when home sale dates began shifting, Hilda continued to update the potential landlord and secured the rental. i would hire Hilda again in a New York minute!!!!!"
