"Their Listing Agreement changes almost every year!! They make members use a different listing form every now and then! I had compared the older versions with the newer versions. What they do is just to change a word or two to a different line! Whenever we forget to use their most updated form, you are asked to refill in everything in their new forms and have the owners to re-sign! This is the most ridiculous thing!! Obviously staff have nothing to do but to find ways to create work and more work for members!!"
