"Unfortunately the system does not allow 0 stars or that would be my rating. Blatantly lied to my family and myself, then instructed her worker to deny access to the majority of our personal property when moving belongings out of our family's home formerly rented by my mother for over 21 years which is owned by her 'client'. This interaction was videotaped by myself to have for court in the future. Now, with their refusal of access & the 30 day time period being up Mrs. Heather Chase has continued to deny any and all of our belongings. Furniture, family items that can never be replaced from deceased grandparents, items from my son I saved as he grew (baby items) and things he made special for me, not to mention roughly $30-40k in tools, toolboxes, an atv and dirt bike, in addition to all my household items, along with my mothers belongings and brothers as well. When treated with the utmost respect, she was rude and disrespectful prior to this happening. I feel the owner of the house was about to fire her as she had not sold it in so long and it was taken out on us. Regardless, it was one of the most hurtful and wrong things I've ever seen done by someone. Now, I'm forced to pursue monetary damages in Court - which is not what we want, we simply wanted our personal belongings back, which thanks to Heather we will never get back, regardless of winning in court. Pretty sad that there are people this heartless."
