"Washers and dryers are fine but the coin exchange machine has been out of order for over a week and without the option of using a credit card, it’s a real pain to track down a sufficient number of quarters to feed the machines ($4.50/wash plus $.25 per 6 min to dry)."

"Laundromat is nice, the driver of their marked car on 6/17, not so much… the company car flew through the strip of Springfield center going 60mph (posted speed limit is 30). Only to tailgate me aggressively while I was already going over the limit. Incredibly rude, reckless, and careless driver.."

"I had some clothing go in for dry cleaning and it came back damp and slightly dirty. do not recommend dropping clothing off at this place. terrible experience and was not pleased with the customer service. The employees were rude and also watched me wait at the counter for 5 minutes."

"Excellent!! On a road trip and this was so convenient! I did laundry while my husband went to the Baseball Hall of Fame! The eyebrow large washers and the dryers have several settings! The dryers are awesome cause you can add one quarter at a time if you need a little longer. The man running the shop was very friendly and helpful. He went around check in with the customers and he also kept the teenagers in the shop on task and working. I definitely would recommend this place if you’re on a road trip and drive by! Convenient hours too!"
