"Very close to Dreams Park which was why we booked this hotel. The front desk staff did not appear to actually want to work and often were rude. When I called to ask for more towels I was told to go hunt down the housekeeper somewhere in the hallway. Any hotel I’ve stayed at previously would have contacted the housekeeper and had them deliver towels. The hot water ran out in the middle of my shower. The internet is horrible and constantly drops out. Also the pool area has an obnoxious loud noise which the front desk said was not an alarm but was the noise of the spa running. Overall, I don’t think it was worth my over $300 a night other than it saved me time in traveling to games."
"The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. However, the freezer in the refrigerator was frozen solid and couldn't be used. Was told maintenance would be notified but, nothing was done to correct it. Other than that, we would stay there again. The hot breakfast was good."
"Great find. Traveling from phoenix. Room nice and clean. Free Breakfast was great. Liked the scrambled eggs with peppers and onions and biscuits and gravy. Alyssa was super nice and great at checking us in. Thank You"
"The first room I was given was either never cleaned or already given to another guest. I was a fairly late check-in. When I opened the door to the room the bed appeared slept in so I left immediately in case there was someone already staying in the room. I was promptly given another room. The tub was very slow to drain when showering which allowed the water to accumulate about 3 inches by the time I was finished with my shower. The towels are dingy grey instead of white and past their time for replacement. I would likely not stay here again if there’s availability elsewhere."
"For the price point, this hotel excelled. The rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. But where this hotel really shines, is the staff. The lady at the front desk cheerfully helped us switch rooms when a mistake was made (by me). She quickly made some changes and helped our family be comfortable. The lady who ran the breakfast was also wonderful. She kept everything full and hot. One of my kids spilled an entire cup of pancake mix on the floor, she refused to let me help clean it up and insisted that it was not a problem. She is absolutely a gem. Thank you for a great stay!"
