"Update After "Response from the owner" Suggesting the company update its voicemail message to include hours of operation. Proceed with caution! I was referred to this company by Paraco after a failed gas line pressure test. The Paraco technician informed me there’s a leak in my main gas line, they’re unable to locate it, and that I need to call a Professional Plumber to identify the location of the leak and repair it. They provided me with the Phone Number for "A To Z Plumbing and Heating Inc.", then indicated “they should be able to get out here today.” Starting at 10:00 am ET I left at least five messages over a four hour period, three days have transpired since leaving those messages and I’ve yet to receive a callback. Thinking this company may no longer be in business. If this company is still in business, then it’s a shame that phone calls for emergency service are ignored."
