"Love this place. The woman who works there is so nice and pleasant to interact with. I take all my bridesmaids dresses here to be altered, and my boyfriend’s suits to be dry cleaned and pressed and they always do a great job."

"A single star for this dry cleaner, I’m afraid. They lost one of my husband’s favorite (and most expensive) sweaters the first time we used them, and simply shrugged it off. Because we don’t have a lot of dry cleaning/tailoring options out in the North Fork, we went back. Jenny, the owner, complains about the difficulty of every alteration. Even a simple hem seems to stress her out. Then she charges an outrageous (and seemingly arbitrary) fee. Today was the last straw. It cost $28 to dry clean a simple cotton sundress (no lining). My husband said, “Really? Then how much would a suit cost? $100?” She smirked and said, “Maybe.” The turnaround is fast, I’ll admit, but it definitely doesn’t make up for the bad attitude and inflated prices."

"Worst cleaner I’ve ever experienced. I took four items in. They straight up did not clean two of them, yet charged me full price. A third item was damaged- it was silk and they caused the fabric to pucker and pull. My boyfriend picked it up for me and did not check the items before leaving. Huge mistake. when I called to complain about the clothes, they told me to bring it back in, yet I was already in nyc. I had to pay rush fees to get clothing cleaned in nyc. I never leave reviews yet this was just terrible."

"Jenny makes a trip to this dry cleaner a joyful experience. My husband & I have been going for 5 years. Even on the dreariest of days Jenny always greets you with a warm smile. Her Dry Cleaner truly is a premier establishment with excellent service. Due to the hard work & competence of Jenny & her team, clothes are returned in perfect condition & in a timely manner. Great alterations done here as well."

"I was recommended by friends and family to take my bridesmaid dress here and was told it would be 180 dollars to get my dress altered. I then took my dress to Paradise Bridal and was recommended to their seamstress, Alterations by Rosie who charged less than half of what East End Cleaners quoted me. I was told by East End Cleaners to "take my dress else where" for Alterations and that's honestly the best thing I could have done. As a north fork native for over 25 years, I would never recommend this place to any one."
