"Do not use this cleaners for alterations!! I paid $70 to have a dress altered and the seamstress’ work looks like a toddler did it, not to mention I had to take it back twice because she did not complete the job the first time. Instead of cutting out excess fabric she just folded it over and sewed it down so now there is a large lump on my side. I needed a thick strap shortened and instead of again cutting off the excess fabric she knotted it up and sewed around it so now I have an awkward bump on my shoulder. Just don’t go here, go to a real seamstress."

"This place is absolutely horrible and they damage your clothes. 9 out 20 shirts that i left there had rock hard spots from them using too much starch. When i went to pick up my clothes, there was a dirt stain on my shirt and I told the clerk about it. He said that it was a store defect, as if I was an idiot. Please go anywhere except here. Disgusting."

"The main person there is very rude. Really bad customer service. They don’t even TRY to make you feel satisfied. If a job is done bad, they say good luck “this is what you paid for”. I took 12 of my office shirts for a wash and in all of them, the ironing was done really bad. The front fold on the collar was so bad that I wouldn’t be able to wear it without ironing it myself again. I took all my shirts back to the store to tell them that this is wrong, but the mean guy wouldn’t listen and said that this is what I paid for and there’s nothing can be done about it! Very rude! This is not the first time I am having my shirts washed at a cleaner; I’ve been doing it for years and never had any issues with ironing. This was my first and last time here though. Will never come back. I even asked the name of the person and the manager, the mean guy refused to give me his name or the manager’s name. Too bad!"

"This place is horrible. Even the price was alright but service is worse. I brought to adjust my dress and they didn't have seamstress there at the place, so the owner (the mean one) put I pin on my dress the way I wanted to be. I sent my boyfriend to pick it up he brought it home, and the dress was done wrong, was to big, seemed like wasn't done at all. We came back I tried my dress and I showed him I can't go outside if everyone can see my breast. I told him to fix it because I am not satisfied with job. I asked if is is going to charge me again he said yes. We started arguing he was rude to me. My boyfriend talk to him we said we will come back On Thursday when the lady who can adjust it will be there. We came back she checked a dress , she said he did something wrong. She didn't charge me we left a dress , we came back again to pick up after second time, I tried it one nothing was changed. We left because I didn't want to waist my time and energy. They are so unprofessional, we paid money and job wasn't done. Never will come back."
